At Steel Cuts, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. We aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase through a seamless and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
